“The doctor explained everything ...”

The doctor explained everything to me very clearly and precisely. She has a very friendly demeanor and is very trustworthy. However the PA or Medical tech who greater me and did the initial intake and tests was beyond terrific. She has one of the best bedside/ patient interaction personalities I have ever encountered.
