“I have always found Dr Morse to ...”

I have always found Dr Morse to be kind and responsive. I have not scheduled tests he ordered and I was a little taken aback by his abrupt response. He wrote the orders but said it was "a lot of work." Very out of character for him but I understand my lack of follow through may be concerning.
