Care provider goes over everything that is related to the issues and complaints that have been registered. He ask relevant questions pertaining to the handling of my complaints, my physical activities, frequency of my prescribed medicines and he adds what he thinks would enhance my goals and or my improvements. He also follows up with the meds that he has prescribed to determine if there have been any abnormal difficulties with taking prescribed medicines.
