Waiting over almost an hour past my appt time to speak with the Dr Costigan for at most 10min seems unreasonable. He's very knowledgeable though.

Dr. Costigan is very knowledgeable, encouraging and engaging, he was very apologetic for the delay, etc. But, I'm hesitant to recommend if these kind of wait times are going to be the norm.

It is always good to have a line of communication with the person who has your best interest in mind. Not only a line of dialogue but explaining everything in simple layman terms which eases my anxiety and truly having a complete understanding on one's health.

Excellent! The PA also explained what the slipping feeling was actually doing which had worried me greatly for years!!! Dr Costigan also wanted me to get more information and recommended the MRI and PT

He's knowledgeable and caring. It takes a minute to get used to him speaking so fast, especially because at first it seems like he's on a rush to be done with you, but that wasn't the case. He gave me the time to ask all my questions and left me confident he's help. He's also not a surgery first kind of doctor, which I greatly appreciated (in my experience, other orthos can seem disappointed when surgery isn't imminent)
