I only can rate the one time that I saw Dr. Hall. She was professional knowledgeable and offered a tip on my dry ear canals. Other than that, she would've got a 10, but I've only seen her once and when I did see her, she was excellent.

Very encouraging to me! Answered all my questions. Very pleasurable to be around and does not treat me like a number or a piece of meat. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Provided detailed education and her medical advice was sound. Made me feel at ease talking with her.
