Matt- EchocardiogramHe Is a true gift to Vanderbilt's pediatric group. He was made to be "people facing" especially for children and their families. He does everything imaginable to keep the children entertained while also helping them feel comfortable and safe in an exam all while completing his job quickly but incredibly efficiently and thoroughly. We are so thankful for his understanding of my husband's condition, HOCM, and how the genetics could be passed to our daughters. He takes his time to check every possible part of our girls' hearts. He's WONDERFUL!! Whitley- She is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!! She is as sweet as she is knowledgeable, understanding, explanatory, truthful, and forward thinking. She takes so much care and time with both of our girls, with my husband to dive into his cardiac history, gives us knowledge about the future and signs to watch for should any concerns arise. I leave her exam room feeling a peace that I know was heaven sent and what I prayed for. I pray for a medical team for our girls to have physicians and a team who care for them and about them, who are knowledgeable, who are kind, comforting, and make our girls feel safe and important. What a blessing she is to our family and our girls' care!
