“Dr. Ekeruo promised a phone foll...”
Dr. Ekeruo promised a phone follow up call to me to review my blood work (testosterone and PSA) results. I received the lab results online several days ago and left a follow up call request for Dr Ekeruo on the Methodist patient portal. Deafening silence since then. I have always been very pleased with all aspects of PCP, Surgical, PT and Specialist care st Methodist and this has been a shockingly bad experience. I'm still awaiting follow up.
