“I had never met Dr. Lichliter be...”

I had never met Dr. Lichliter before. Was feeling a hair nervous about why I was there. He was beyond superb. Spent a good amount of time explaining and helping. We all need experts in our lives. Dr. Lichliter was very much that. I've had some not so great Baylor experiences the last couple years. Have been looking for another overall option for care. I left that visit saying I'm staying with Baylor because of him and his connection and communication with my PCP. I'm serious. Very grateful.
