“This particular visit was quite ...”

This particular visit was quite stressful, not because of the clinic. I booked my trip with access almost a week out and at the last minute they added another pickup for the driver , this caused him to get me to the clinic almost 15 mins late. I thought I would have to reschedule my appointment. But the clerk was able to get me seen. I am very thankful for that! My sincere thanks to the staff!
