“I felt heard and taken seriously...”

I felt heard and taken seriously. She recommended a specialist that had more experience with doing the type of surgery I had in the past. I had questions she couldn't answer with out a CT scan and as something might be going on, she referred me to someone who could help if the issue escalates. Vary happy with her care.
