Dr. Satwah and his staff are always so very accommodating, and they do it with a smile!!! I always feel that they are concerned about me and my vein health. They answer ALL questions that I ask, and I usually have a lot of them. They do NOT rush me and they do everything to make sure that I understand their answers. They don't mind repeating the answers or if necessary, they will re-phrase them. I love this office!!

So far so good. Great customer service experience, from front desk, tech, nurse, and Dr. Satwah.

The nurse was for quality and integrated care delivery in that even when I didn’t say, she said she will forward the notes to my orthopedic doctor. I have an orthopedic issue on my foot as well as vein feet (bilateral) issues.
