She answered all my questions and listened to everything I had to say. I expressed my urgency to get a diagnosis and/or proper tx for my issue, and she moved forward with that instead of just prescribing a med to put a bandaid on the problem rather than figure out what is wrong, which is what all the previous providers did.

“This was my first visit. She in...”

This was my first visit. She informed me that she had reviewed my medications prior to my visit and asked questions. She would ask questions, listen to me, then document and research. She was extremely through and expressed her concerns with what she read and asked questions. She also provided me with information that the DR that referred me did not provide. I felt very heard and she addressed all of my concerns and stated her thoughts. I am so glad I saw her as I think she is on the right track to figure out my issues. She clearly stated the game plan and made sure she entered all the data for needed labs and appointments while I was with her so I knew she was on top of it. Later that day I had calls for both appointments she said I needed to get in other departments. I have full confidence she will get to the bottom of my issues.
