The first time I met Dr Bansal, my trust in him was engendered by his emphatic response to a question I asked. His response was very encouraging and gave me the courage to change my behaviors in a positive way, and kept me from depression over my new diagnosis. This second meeting on Thursday only increased my appreciation for his expertise. He listened carefully, answered all my new questions, and made me feel that we were a team. I am grateful that I have been able to include him in my care team.
