“Venessa was professional and ver...”

Venessa was professional and very personal. She made me feel at ease with sitting and talking about the reason for my visit. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed to end the visit. Initially I didn't have many questions but once we began speaking and she begin educating me on the process and procedure more questions arose. She laid out all my options and made me feel safe.
