Vanessa was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully, then advised on best course of action. There were things I did not understand and she explained over again. I did not at any time feel that she was rushing me, although I was aware that she had other patients waiting. I tried to hurry but she was just calm and calmed me down too. I have recommended her to everyone I spoke to since my appointment. I must also mention Calvin. He too was so good - so professional and helpful.
