this was the first time I saw this provider. It was a coincidence that I saw her after I had been in the hospital so she had to come up-to-date on the hospital information as well as my overall normal healthcare needs. Under the circumstances, I think she did an excellent job.

Dr. Tran is great! I recently established care after neglecting to see a provider for the last three years and was past due for quite a few screenings but she didn't make me feel embarrassed about it. When asking to transfer my mental health care, she immediately came up with a plan and gave me resources to plan ahead for our next visit. To be honest I wish the team reviewed my results sooner but that's just me being impatient.

Van Tran was very cold and not compassionate to the issue I found very worrisome. I was not listened to and got conflicting messages for how to correct the issue. She also made my children seem like an inconvenience even though this is a family practice office. I will not be seeing this provider again and will not refer her to anyone
