I could tell that Dr. Harwell had prepared for my visit. She was aware of appointments and notes from other providers and recalled concerns I had previously shared. She actively listened and shared input as we made treatment decisions, providing clear information about her recommendations. This was one of my best appointments with her! She is also great about messaging me with test results and responding to my questions to her. I very much appreciate her and the care she provides!
