Incredibly positive experience with this provider. She had the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. It was more like discussing my condition with a friend than someone I had just met for the first time. Her responses to anything I said indicated that she was really listening to and digesting everything I said. She is definitely a very positive asset to your organization. Don't lose her!!
