Tyler is definitely one of the best providers I have ever gone to. I'm truly heartbroken that he is leaving (in 2 months). I feel fortunate to have been a patient of his. He figured out that I had had asthma for 10+ years within 5 minutes of our initial appointment something that dozens of other physicians had never been able to do.

My care provider Tyler Kuhk has been exceptional and I am very sad to see him leaving the practice. He has given me nothing by wonderful care. He's understood all my concerns throughout the years and worked with me on good advice and action plans on how I move forward. Tyler has profoundly improved my health. In part he's done this because he is holistic in his approach to my health issues. His medical care wasn't about just the symptoms I had when I first saw him, but making sure he understood and took care of any issues that might negatively impact my lung health overall. Beyond that, his bedside manner is one of empathy and making sure I have plenty of time to ask questions and fully understand my care. I wish I could clone him for primary care too. He should be the gold standard for all care.
