“Since the minute he walked into ...”

Since the minute he walked into the exam room I felt a lot of confidence because of the way he treated me, explaining in simple words that I understood the problem that I had on my foot. He had a very good attitude and welcomed all my doubts, I am very happy with Mr Chappell.
