Dr. Williams is a great communicator. He talks in a way that gives the layperson (me) a clear understanding of a condition, treatment plan, and expected outcome. To top it off, he conveys warmth and a caring vibe. I really like dealing with Dr. Williams and have total confidence that any recommendation he makes has been well-thought out.
