“Treva Gerraughty”
I started seeing Treva five years ago. I was in the psych hospitals more than I was out.One year after I started seeing her, I had my last hospitalization. I have also only engaged in self injurious behavior 3 times in 4 years which used to happen daily. She is amazing. Snhe builds my self esteem. She emcourages me to try different things.She doesn't let me get away with anything. She helps me make big decisions and supports me whether they worked out or didn't. She teaches me things. Shows me other perspectives and how my own may be warped from a certain experience. She's there for me when I'm happy, sad,mad etc.I guess that's the point. She's there for me period.
