“The care provider is very profes...”

The care provider is very professional and knowledgeable - I feel confident with the care plan we have worked out. I guess it is due in part to having to clear tests with the insurance company, but I had hoped to move this process along a bit faster I started seeking treatment back in April and had hoped to have received treatment / resolution of the problem by now. Instead I have to delay now due to my scheduled plans as I had not realized how long it would take to reach the point of actual treatment.
