They were very nice upon my arrival and the long wait i had to endure to my insurance company. Well they were trying to get the information from my insurance company they did let me know what was going on. Once i got back they were completely amazing. They talked to me well I was in the chair and listen to my crazy story of my dentist experiences. Definitely would give them an amazing rating for being great honestly, look forward to coming back.

Overall the staff is very pleasant. I don't recall being formally introduced to anyone and there were longer than expect wait/down times. I do plan to return for my follow up visits at this time and hope the wait and down times are able to be decreased by the staff in the future.
