They clearly don't overbook. I have never felt rushed or unimportant when I come to the Flint clinic. As previously stated, Mr Jameson is very thorough and takes his time reviewing and explaining things. That's the whole reason I come there. You can tell he listens and analyzes in lieu of just sitting there shaking his head.
