This was an intro video call. The provider was excellent so far - answering questions knowledgably and providing easy to understand explanations. However, there are more tests to be done and we have not yet determined a treatment plan. I would not be able to judge the overall rating or recommend them until I've actually had substantive treatment.

Dr. LUE is the best! He has an excellent bedside manner and tries to put me at ease with humor. It is a delicate procedure and can leave someone feeling very vulnerable. However, he is so experienced, knowledgeable and caring. He seems very intentional about my treatments, that my treatments are tailor made for my current condition. I so much appreciate him spending time talking to me and not trying to exit the room as soon as possible. He is a 5-star physician.
