Dr. Yates has been my primary health provider for over a decade. He has always been available to meet with me, he responds to texts in a timely manner. He knows me well and clearly has my best interests in mind. He advocated for me when another specialist's office had not ordered the correct particular MRI and had not responded to my phone calls in a timely fashion.
