My care provider saw me ahead of another patient because what I needed was going to be fast treatment. This gave me a feeling of importance and showed great service. The check-in employees were busy on their computers but one saw me waiting for maybe 5 seconds and helped me. Very impressive. In the patient room, my wait time was very short and I was out faster than I expected.
