More info: Co-pays must be paid at each visit before you see the doctor. If you have a deductible not yet met, it is our policy to collect a material deposit as much as $500 on the day of your visit. If your responsibility exceeds that amount the balance is due when billed. Payment arrangements will be approved on a case-by-case basis. As a general rule, any approved payment will require collection of the payment in full within six months.
