Dr Jackson was very thorough during my appointment. She reviewed my past x-rays and MRI results; asked what things worked to relieve my pain symptoms; used models of the lower back and cervical are to give me a visual of what was found in previous labs; recommended a medicine to help with pain/nerve issues until the results of a referred MRI is reviewed at my follow-up appointment. I appreciated the time she spent with me and the caring she displayed.
