Tessa was very personable and I felt like I was talking to a friend.

Tessa, single handedly saved me from one of the worst days of my entire life. I was a first time mom, very early pregnant, and lost my baby due to miscarriage. Tessa reassured me that every feeling I had was valid and that this was not in any shape or form my fault. My PCP was out on PTO (which she was phenomenal this entire time as well) and I had no direction of my next steps, and options were. Tessa reassured me, continued to support every single feeling, decision, and hesitation I had. Tessa made me feel so human, and so truly cared for. Not for one second during my visit did I feel as If I was a patient, a statistic, or "just another patient" Our visit was virtual, but I could feel how much she truly wanted what was best for me, and supported me no matter what. Tessa took time out of her busy call shift to visit with me so I wouldn't have to sit and wait to possibly be contacted with my next steps. She looked ahead in the schedule to see which of her co partners I would be in contact with after some further diagnostic testing and reassured me that I would receive the same phenomenal care. I have always received wonderful care at essentia, but Tessa blew it out of the water. I am so grateful for her
