“Dr Conrad + his nurse were very ...”

Dr Conrad + his nurse were very thorough with my skin examination and subsequent findings findings, and patient while I wrote it down. They both helped me understand what would be entailed if the biopsy results showed a need for surgery. I felt comfortable with the explanation.
