This was my first time meeting Taylor Cullen and I was very impressed. She was professional, attentive, made sure I understood what she was saying and explaining regarding my echo results, labs, and medications. She asked multiple times if I had questions and took the time to answer them when I did. She asked for my feedback on what her recommendations were and gave options which made me feel I had some say in what happens with my health care decisions.

She answered every question without rushing me, ensured I understood my options and educated me on the areas of concern. Each visit with Nurse Practitioner Taylor Cullen has been exceptional, with her patiently and empathetically explaining my condition and care plan. After the initial visit in August, when I visited her without my daughter, who is usually at visits, she called me and my daughter back after hours. She spent 45 minutes explaining the visit and the reason for the prescribed Cardiac Catherization based on my complaints and symptoms. She has seen me twice since. I requested her for my next appointment. She is very knowledgeable and accessible and has a great chairside demeanor. Taylor Cullen is a treasure to the practice!
