“My appointment was initially req...”

My appointment was initially requested in early May. It was rescheduled TWICE to finally take place in lat July. The provider began by saying that she was not the person who should be seeing me as she was primarily focused on surgery which was not my case. She did not appear to be interested in discussing my situation other that to prescribe a nasal spray. She repeated herself several times saying that here speciality was surgery and questioned why I had been referred to her. (I have seen ENT doctors before and none acted this way.) She practically ran out of the room when the she decided the appointment was over. Seemed extremely rushed and inpatient the whole time.
