“I did not feel like I was listen...”

I did not feel like I was listened to about my health concerns. This provider told me she does surgery and unless I am here for surgery she doesn't know why I'm here. There was no basic level of what an ENT does. She did not inspect my ears or feel and look at my throat. The only thing she did was shine a flsh light in my nostrils and tell me I'm fine. I was quite upset about the way I was treated. I felt disregarded and like my concerns were not taken seriously because she only wanted a surgery.
