I had to wait in the examination room for more than 30minutes before being seen by the provider. The wait time was so extensive that an MA had to come in and inform me that the provider was running behind schedule. Once the provider came in to see me, she seemed overwhelmed and stated she had "meetings". The provider was also very concerned about the computer and lacked patient interaction. I also have to note since being seen by the provider I have yet to receive a portal message detailing my lab tests/follow up care. However, her attention to detail and extensive time during the visit is appreciated.
