I can not thank Tarek Siala, PA enough for his thoroughness compassion and outstanding care he provided to me, as his patient. I had been having left inner ear pain and infections for approximately a year and noticed swelling on the left side of my face. I called his practice, where I was an established patient, and they were able to schedule me with Mr. Siala the same day. Upon arrival, he had already looked over a CT scan of my brain and knew my health history which was so impressive! He examined my left inner ear and discovered a mass in the ear canal; which he had his colleague exam as well. I was immediately at ease with him removing it there in the office, in another exam room. He talked me though the entire procedure, step by step and I even remember him telling me when to inhale and exhale to calm myself down. After the pathology results came back he called me at home, first reassuring me it was benign and what it was. He went above and beyond in our conversation. He gave me the time to ask him questions, go over the next steps in my care and reassure me. I have never experienced or met such a person in the medical profession such as Tarek Siala. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He treated me as though I were a member of his family and for that I will be forever grateful.
Mr. Siala, words can't begin to express how blessed I am to have had you be my first provider in this process. I truly wish there were more of you in this medical profession! Thank you.
