After I was brought in and asked a few questions, the staging nurse left the room and for over 15 minutes all I heard was conversation about another patient that was just in, and when my doctor finally came to the room, she was still laughing so hard, she looked at me, and walked right out of the room, leaving the door open so she could continue to laugh saying she choked on peanuts she was eating prior to coming into the room. I felt as if I was being laughed at and didn't feel comfortable for my entire visit as anything I said in the room, I felt would be laughed about after I left.

Dr. Susan was phenomenal. She gave me all the time I needed to explain my concerns and then had a collaborative discussion on how we should proceed. I was only expecting to discuss the main focus of why I came in for a visit, but then after she decided to complete a full physical found another area of concern which she spent ample amount of time on as well. I have been extremely pleased so far with every aspect of Duly Health Care and their employees.
