Cardio catheterization decision...feel should have discussed in person due to the seriousness of the decision. Phone calls feel rushed and lacks ability to look into the doctor's eyes. Hard to tell when questions could be addressed or when can speak.

Dr. Naik has been my heart doctor for 10 years. I had a heart attack in the fall of 2015, 3 days after my birthday. I went to Darnell Hospital due to being a military family with a sinus headache and pain in my eyes. 10 hours later I was sent to Metroplex in a silent ambulance. Two doctors were my new heart doctors. Dr. Naik was upbeat and came in the next morning explaining procedures and test coming up for the day. A stress test was one of the tests and Dr. Naik was very encouraging rooting me on to run as fast as I could for as long as I could. I liked his "can do," attitude. Over the years Dr. Naik has been with my heart health journey. He listens very well, and he is thinking in depth when his patients talk. The wheels are turning, and I can tell non-verbally Dr. Naik is picturing my heart and how it is functioning by the way I tell him I feel. Some years there has been little chang, and the maintenance has been smooth. A couple years there were "hiccups," and Dr. Naik would recommend tests and changes or additions to my heart medications. My latest checkups have been very smooth and two additions to my evening heart medications have improved my quality of life. When I have checkups a year apart instead of every six months I feel as happy as I did when I graduated from college! Dr. Naik is intuitive and very smart. He is someone who gains trust and is careful in his treatment of his patients.
