“Dr. Prater spent time and did no...”

Dr. Prater spent time and did not seem rushed, even though I knew he had another more urgent patient to see because my appointment time was changed. When he was in the exam room, he listened and explained everything well. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I am an integral part of the decision-making for my healthcare. It was a positive experience.

“This visit was to establish all ...”

This visit was to establish all my doctors within the NGHS. Primary and all specialists are now connected under "one roof". The visit reassured that I made the correct decision. I was provided clear concise information and care plan. That did not happen with the previous physicians I had been seeing.
