“Everyone was courteous the wait ...”

Everyone was courteous the wait time was very minimal and staff was prompt. The medical assistant, EKG tech, both were polite and kind. This provider always talks to me about my helpconcerns, my blood pressure, my medication, my fatigue with extreme care and concern. I appreciate her kindness and effort to go above and beyond.

All my experiences with Ms. Royall have been great. I have no complaints. She's professional, kind, listens attentively, has patience and explains in detail. She's easy to understand. She never fails to say "if you need me for anything, just call. Don't hesitate." I'm a happy customer and a big fan of Georgia Heart Institute and Ms. Royall!
