Love the welcoming feeling during my check in. Really love how Stephanie Krause gives you full and complete attention at all times. Eye contact proves it and explaining in detail again if I would not understand something.

Stephanie is great at her job! She is one of the few physicians that actually uses the MyChart system regularly and her communication is top notch! I requested an appointment in my chart and within 30 minutes I had a response and an appointment scheduled. Now that is incredible customer service! Thank you Stephanie and team for all you do to ease our pain.
