“She had reviewed my medical reco...”

She had reviewed my medical records in advance so she was familiar with my situation, she asked thoughtful questions and listened to me patiently. She took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood her answers before moving on. I never felt rushed. My care felt personalized and I truly feel welcome to follow up with her as needed. This is the best video visit I have done.
