I was seen by the doctor immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail, scheduled a test. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call explaining results in detail and scheduled a follow-up. In other words, I received superb care!

Dr. Coffman did a good job of explaining all that would take place for my colonoscopy and so did his staff. When I walked In the office I was 1st greeted by the friendly receptionist who checked me in, then In the room I was greeted by the woman who explained EVERYTHING that would take place and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining and then answering my questions. Next Dr. Coffman came In and also visited with me and then answered questions. Last, I met with the scheduler and that went well too. I left with all of the Information I needed! I left thinking that Dr. Coffman's office seems to run very smoothly because of a knowledgeable Dr and his staff!
