I appreciated Dr. Coffman's compassion and explanation regarding my procedure and the subsequent complication that resulted in an additional procedure. He set me at ease regarding my recovery and reassured me about my concerns regarding an insurance issue. He was kind and not at all dismissive. I'm really grateful for that.
