On my first visit with Dr. K I had very little energy, lacked motivation and was depressed. I didn't know where to turn or what was wrong with me. Dr. K asked me many questions and spent a lot of time with me. After blood work and a few other tests were taken I came back to her office. She went through all the test results with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I began a lifestyle change with my diet and began taking the supplements I needed to boost my deficiencies. About 3 weeks into this changes I am a new person! I wake up happy, have increased energy and I'm losing weight! Making the changes was overwhelming at first but Dr. K and her staff encouraged me to keep going and I'm so thankful I did!
