Doctor Laller was polite and empathetic. But I had a throat infection and she did not check my throat or give me an explanation of why not, which I found surprising. I reminded her to check my lungs which she did, as I was not sure if she was going to offer it on her own. Overall, she was competent, but am not sure how detailed and knowledgeable she is.
