“The appointment was a well child...”
The appointment was a well child visit, there were no concerns to be addressed. The provider increasingly pressured for undesired medical procedures and dismissed parental concerns. The provider seemed insincere and appeared to read from a script, rather than actively engaging. The tests and prescribed care plan was not tailored to my child's individual lifestyle factors, but to general recommendations. I was dissatisfied with the provider's engagement and willingness to understand my child's individual needs.
