“They did not have very critical ...”
They did not have very critical details about my health on their record like I get black vision on my right eye sometimes which I have mentioned many times in my annual physical exams all these years but they didn't know about it. And now she has referred me to the CT scan to rule out any other issues. So there is poor communication. The provider comes in the room and starts her questions one by one leaving no room to speak. I always have to stop her from concluding the appointment to ask my questions and concerns. It always feels like a rushed conversation with her as she is ready to leave at any time without giving me any chance to talk through my concerns.
