She asked if I had other questions or concerns which I appreciated and was grateful for her response to the other ENT issue I asked about. She is a caring, extremely knowledgeable health care professional. All health care workers should emulate this woman.

Sindy was an amazing provider, so compassionate and very transparent. I think she offered me one of the best provider care experiences I've had in a while. Rachel did my hearing test and she was very professional, kind and transparent. My hearing test went so quickly and I felt as though she gave great instructions.

Sindy (PA) was professionally outstanding from the time she entered the room with her introduction, her appearance and dress, her review of my problem and past symptoms and concerns. She examined my ear canal with careful consideration and explained her findings and diagnosis. She explained the procedure that would correct the problem and with my permission proceeded with care, concern for any discomfort, and competently and skillfully corrected the problem. I had immediate relief from the decreased hearing I had experienced. We discussed preventive measures I could take to prevent future occurrences of the problem which I greatly appreciated her reassuring response.I couldn't have been more pleased and appreciative of the medical care Sindy provided. The receptionists and nursing assistant were welcoming and well trained to work with the public and the patients also.
