Doctor Khandelwal was his normal likeable self. He is so easy to communicate with and has total empathy for your problems and questions. He is a professional in every since of the word and I truly am completely satisfied with his advice and recommendations for my problem. I was very saddened to hear that he is retiring in November. UVA will be losing a first rate physician and he will be difficult to replace. Please spend the time necessary to find the right replacement. It is critical

Dr. Khandelwal was great. He was totally prepared for my initial meeting and it was evident he had studied my tests and prior meetings with other physicians. He was very informed of my situation and was prepared to discuss options for my cancer treatment. He allowed all the time necessary for me to ask all questions and made me feel he was genuinely interested in helping me to plan my medical journey into the future. He displayed excellent people skills, very knowledgeable, very attentive and was never rushed.
