“Our appointment was fine. But ul...”
Our appointment was fine. But ultimately we were recommended to have a sleep study that could not be completed within the Duly system. Had I known I would have to go to another health system for further diagnostics, I would have not chosen a provider through Duly. After multiple HOURS on the phone between this office and the outside health system, the order fo this test was faxed incorrectly from this office FOUR times. And has yet to have been resolved. After having wait times of >20 minutes every time I call the office before speaking to a person, this issue has been beyond frustrating.
